Jewel has their Halloween merchandise marked down as much as 75%, and today my helpful husband scored a great deal on Frankenberry cereal. The price at Jewel is just 0.80, and I sent him with a $1.50/3 any General Mills Cereals coupon from the catalina machine. Net cost, just 0.30/box. Even without coupons, this is a great deal!
And while the cereal isn't listed as gluten-free, none of the ingredients contain gluten. It does say "May contain wheat" in the allergy listing, but if you can tolerate a little bit of wheat (like me), then this cereal is just fine (just super sweet!).
DH bought this at the Jewel in East Algonquin. And if you go looking for it, don't look in the cereal aisle. You'll find it with the clearanced Halloween items in the holiday aisle☺
