• Spend $50 in iTunes gift cards, get $10 ECB.
• Complete Multi-Purpose Solution, 12 oz, $9.99 with $9.99 in ECB, Limit 1. FREE.
• Prilosec OTC 42 ct $24.99, get $7 in ECB, Limit 3. Use $3.00/1 Prilosec OTC from the 10/10 or 10/31 or 11/28 PG and $7.00/2 Prilosec OTC from the 10/10 or 11/28 PG.
• Spend $20 on select P&G products, get $5 in ECB. Shows Pampers, Always, Bounty, Dawn, Duracell, Puffs, Crest, Charmin, and Pantene. Use $1/1 Pampers, .75/1 Crest, .25/1 Bounty, .50/1 Dawn, and .25/1 Dawn from the 11/28 PG.

You could buy six bottles of Pantene at $3.33 each, which gets you up to $19.98 (CVS usually doesn't quibble over the pennies when it comes to ECB, if you want to risk it). If you have 3 BOGO Free coupons from the 11/28, and three $1/1 Pantene from the 11/28 PG, you're down to $6.99 with $5 ECB or $1.99 for 6 bottles of Pantene for a net cost of .33 each.
