I read about this on MashupMom, and saw it confirmed on HappyHomemakerCindy. Buy $15 in any combination of Starbucks Coffee, Seattle's Best Coffee, Maxwell House International Coffee or Maxwell House or Yuban Ground coffee, get $5.00 off instantly!

While the $5.99 sale price may not start until Thursday in our area, people are confirming all over that it is working NOW in IL. There are some good coupon match-ups:

Seattle's Best Coffee: $1/1 in the 9/19 SS.
Maxwell House Coffee: .50/1 in the 11/14 RP (one of them).
Maxwell House International: .75/1 in the 10/10 SS.
Starbucks Coffee: $1/1 in the 9/12 SS.

I'm not sure what the current prices are, but your best bet is to get as close to the $15 as you can, maybe mixing the bags of coffee with the International Coffees, and using as many coupons as you can.
