Target Shopping

Stopped into Target today in search of earphones for my son's chess seminar (he works with a Grandmaster over the computer from home), so I figured I might as well do some couponing. There were some good deals!

Here's what I bought:

Two boxes Gluten-Free Chex, $4.00. Used $1/2 printable here.
Four bags Tyson breaded chicken, $10.00. Used four $1/1 from the 10/10 SS.
Four packages Up&Up Liners, $3.56. Used four .75/1 printables from here.
Four packages Kraft Cheese, $8.16. Used two $1/1 Kraft with a touch of Philly from the 11/21 SS, one $1/2 printable from here and two $1/2 printables from here.
Six Tide travel-sized, $5.82. Used six $1/1 from the 10/31 and 11/28 PG.
Two Nivea Men's Body Wash, $5.98. Used two $3/1 from the 10/17 RP.
Four Vaseline Lotions, $20.76. Used four $1.50/1 printables from here and four $1/1 from the 11/14 RP.
1 Bag Friskies, $1.89. Used $1.50/1 Mobile from my phone and $1/1 from the 9/12 RP.

My store was completely out of the Tyson Chicken Nuggets that were supposed to be on sale, and as I was looking for them and checking the price of the Patties and Tenders, one of the Target employees told me I could substitute these products for the Nuggets, since they were out. I told the cashier up at the front, and she had to call her manager (and I had to wait with a very squirrely 2-yr old), but the manager said no problem. So if your store is out of the nuggets, ask for a substitution!

Total was $26.00 (almost $2 in tax!) and I got back $10 in gift cards for a net cost of $16.00. Saved $60.69!
