Gluten-Free Flour deal on Amazon

glutenfree

I saw a deal on Brown Rice flour on Mashupmom, which led me to poke around a little bit at the Gluten-Free flours on Amazon. Right now, Amazon is offering Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten-Free Baking Flour, in a handy 4-pack of 22 oz packages, for just $14.00.

If you use "subscribe and save" you'll save another 15% with free shipping, and if you use code BOBS2010 at check-out, you'll get another 15% off. That should be about $9.80, shipped. Just be sure to cancel the subscribe and save in the next few days, unless you want them to keep coming.Just go here to sign up.

I have a pantry full of gluten-free flour, so I'm probably not going to buy this. But I sure am intrigued by the blend of flours....I usually blend my own with rice, tapioca, and potato flours I buy at Caputo's. Anyone try this before who can tell me if it's good?

Thanks, Mashupmom!

Great coupon for Aquapods

arrowhead-water-coupon

There is a great coupon available for Arrowhead water on coupons. Just use zip 90001 and you will see $1/1 Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water. I printed the coupon, and it is also good on the Aquapods. I put one of those little Aquapod's in my kindergardener's snack every day! I saw them at Caputo's last week for $1.49, but I'm not sure if they are still this price. Sometimes they go on sale for $1, so free water! If anyone finds a great deal, comment here! My coupons expire 11/12/2010.

Thanks, MyFrugalAdventures!

Lemons

Lemons

Today I am making use of a great deal on lemons. I purchased this entire case for just $1.99 at Caputo's in Algonquin. The lemons need to be used quickly, so I'm cutting them up, juicing them, and pouring the juice into an ice cube mold and freezing for future use. I make a lemon cake that my kids go crazy for. I'll be making a cake tomorrow, so stay tuned!
